Where PRP uses growth factors from your own blood, exosomes are purified signalling particles derived from stem cells — essentially a concentrated, standardised dose of the messages that tell follicles to grow. That higher, more consistent potency is why exosomes are often chosen for more advanced thinning or to accelerate results, sometimes in fewer sessions.
