Pricing shown on the Site is indicative and subject to change without notice. Final pricing, treatment plans, and any deposit, cancellation, or rescheduling policies are confirmed in writing at your consultation. Booking requests are not confirmed until accepted by Folli.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and all of its content, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Folli and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access, or to use automated means to extract data.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site and its content will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). 11. Dispute resolution — binding arbitration & class-action waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site, these Terms, or our marketing will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules, seated in New York County, New York, on an individual basis only. You and Folli waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property.
12. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent any matter is not subject to arbitration, the exclusive jurisdiction and venue is the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Severability & entire agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Folli regarding the Site.
