Effective date: June 18, 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of follimd.com (the "Site") and your engagement with Folli Hair Restoration ("Folli", "we", "us"). By using the Site, booking a consultation, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

All content on the Site is general information for educational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Always consult a qualified medical professional before acting on anything you read here.

2. No guarantee of results

Hair restoration outcomes vary significantly from person to person and depend on factors outside our control. Any before/after images, statistics, timelines, or descriptions represent individual results only and are not a promise, warranty, or guarantee of any particular outcome for you. Folli makes no guarantee that any treatment will achieve a specific result.

3. Eligibility

The Site and our services are intended for individuals 18 years or older. By using the Site you represent that you are at least 18.

4. Consultations, bookings & pricing

Pricing shown on the Site is indicative and subject to change without notice. Final pricing, treatment plans, and any deposit, cancellation, or rescheduling policies are confirmed in writing at your consultation. Booking requests are not confirmed until accepted by Folli.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and all of its content, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Folli and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access, or to use automated means to extract data.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOLLI AND ITS OWNERS, STAFF, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site and its content will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This Section limits liability relating to the Site and its content and does not purport to limit any non-waivable rights.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Folli and its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

11. Dispute resolution — binding arbitration & class-action waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site, these Terms, or our marketing will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules, seated in New York County, New York, on an individual basis only. You and Folli waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property.

12. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent any matter is not subject to arbitration, the exclusive jurisdiction and venue is the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Folli regarding the Site.
